practices often find that they are not practicing at top efficiency.
Frequently an assessment of the practice may be in order. The
assessment can be as comprehensive and detailed as reviewing
all aspects of the practice operation form patient scheduling
to paper flow, work flow, medical records, billing, accounts
receivable management analysis to staffing, or the assessment
may be focused to review and analyze specific areas of concern.

a detailed report of our findings and recommendations for implementation.
Suggested recommendations may be implemented by the practice or
